“My son, Tyler Dean, started his experience with home improvement when he was about 8 years old. As a single mother, I didn’t think I had a handyman around the house….Oh, but I did!
I can still remember Tyler’s excited words one day when a sink was leaking: Don’t worry Mom, I’ll fix it, I’m the man of the house.
Then there was the day he unfolded a paperclip and stuck it into an electrical outlet! There he was black up to his little elbow. I was freaked! As we sat in the emergency room Tyler said, I just wanted to see what would happen. The writing was on the wall!
I am a perfectionist, and so as he grew older, sometimes he did projects over and over until it was perfect (never complaining). This trait has stayed with Tyler throughout his career.
He and his crew perform their varied remodeling talents with a happy “whatever you want” attitude.
